Notice for pet owners

Good morning –

Special request to all dog people – we are trying to clean up all the tree debris at the park and have put barrels of yard stuff by the gate.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT DOG POOP BAGS IN YARD WASTE BARRELS – the yard waste recycle people will not take the barrels with other materials in them.

Also, if your children are the dog poop patrol – please instruct them where to put the dog poop bags.

Thanks for your help.

Just a couple of things:

7305 UPPER COVE TERRACE – a property for rent with all kinds of junk in the yard. Karen Crete contacted the County and learned a county zoning inspector had driven by the property and put it on their list. The expectation is it will be cleaned up by the County this week and a lien put on the property. YEAH!!!

MOTHER’S DAY IN THE PARK – is cancelled for lack of interest.

PARTIES IN THE PARK – IN GENERAL – Parties in the Park are now quarterly. We have some theme ideas floating: Kareoke, Summer Sunday Sunsets. We no longer have a hospitality committee so it is up to all of those who enjoy and regularly attend to keep this going. I am happy to help in any way I can; no one can do it alone. Would like to hear general interest, general NO INTEREST, offers to help, etc., etc., etc.

Our parties are a great event and a way to stay connected and get to know new neighbors.

OTHER STUFF: if you have any ‘other stuff’ to report that can benefit all of us, please send it.

That’s it!!! Enjoy this beautiful weather while it lasts!!!
